The breakfast buffet included many choices. I found fresh food and excellent quality items. The staff acted professionally. They were friendly and offered help when I needed it. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. It offered what I needed for my pleasant stay. The spa facilities were a highlight. I found a steam room, a sauna, and a jacuzzi there. They provided a relaxing experience. It is located in a fantastic location. The shops were only a short walk away. The staff were very friendly. I found little touches each day in my room to.
I asked for a nice room on a high floor. I got a room on the 3rd floor. My room faced the road. I heard the traffic noise all the time. My room was small. The bathtub was with the rain. I thought it was too old and too small. I was not so confortable with that. The cushions was uncomfortable. The shower had a problem. The cleaning was minimal.

i stayed in a modern, clean room! breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the location was also excellent for exploring everything around.
the elevators were a bit small considering the size of the hotel! it got crowded sometimes.

attentive staff surprise treat
The rooftop pool had fantastic city views. The bar staff was attentive at the rooftop bar. The hotel provided surprise treats in the room. It was a nice touch!!!
The minibar only contained water and nothing else.

The hotel location, design, and spaciousness impressed me. breakfast had many options. the staff was helpful. They were always available to answer questions. i would return.
